Kate has managed to disguise serious training in a reasonably pleasant wrapping. Entering our first Epic last year we had no idea of the fitness level needed to complete the event with comfort. Kate put together a program that was tailored to our busy work and home schedule and accordingly allowed us to finish each day within our predicted time. Through her training , personal touch and first-hand knowledge of mountain biking we have once again signed up with Kate as our personal trainer for Epic 2014.
