Do you want to prepare for a cycling event or just become faster and stronger but not sure how?

This is suitable for inexperienced as well as experienced riders who want to improve and achieve their best.

I can create a program that you can follow within your time and energy limits. I will make sure you don’t over or under train. Together we get you stronger, fitter and faster on and off your bike.
I have a coaching account with training peaks. An online base software where my clients log in all their workouts and it keeps me up to date of their training and progress.

I am based in Cape Town, Sea Point and work as a personal trainer at Virgin Active Point.

I can make a program that is suitable for your indoor and outdoor sessions.

  • Free online Training peaks account where you receive the training program and you can log in all your training data and have option for the coach to monitor and assess that in future
  • Strength and core training program with exercise descriptions or videos

Faster smarter coaching

You will get:

All above as per Budget coaching program plus bellow:

  • Interaction with coach via email or whatsapp or phone call
  • Evaluation of heart rate and power ( if you own a power meter or indoor power training device) data once a week
  • Changes in program once a week in case you fall sick or travel unexpectedly, etc

Faster Smarter R 1090 per month

Extensive coaching

You will get all as in Budget and Faster, smarter coaching but evaluation of data is done 3x weekly as well as changes to program and communication with coach can be done on daily basis.

Extensive coaching R 1350 per month

Wattbike test and core, strength assessment

  • 60 mins at Virgin Active, 40 mins on wattbike and 20 mins of strength and core assessment

This is very valuable to start the cycling training as coach Kate will give you heart rate and power training zones. I would recommend that for all types of coaching you choose.
