Kate has managed to disguise serious training in a reasonably pleasant wrapping. Entering our first Epic last year we had no idea of the fitness level needed to complete the event with comfort. Kate put together a program that was tailored to our busy work and home schedule and accordingly allowed us to finish each day within our predicted time. Through her training , personal touch and first-hand knowledge of mountain biking we have once again signed up with Kate as our personal trainer for Epic 2014.

Kate is a truly excellent trainer. She is highly skilled with a fantastic depth of knowledge and is a pleasure to work with. Her experience as a top mountain biker allows her to know just how and when to encourage and push but never has she pushed us too far. She put together the perfect program for me and my epic partner, without which we would never have completed the Cape Epic 2013. We are definitely working with her for Epic 2014. As my relationship with Kate grew, we started to develop this program even more and Kate was constantly pushing me to also get on my bike. Eventually I took her advice and decided to enter and train for the half IronMan, – which I successfully completed in Jan 2012. Now as an aspiring triathlete with a goal to complete the Full IronMan in 2013, Kate has developed a program that compliments my triathlon training with core strength work as well as outdoor running and cycling sessions.
