” I have been training with Kate for over 3,5 years now. My initial goal with Kate was to do more weight training, as this was an area that I never really worked on in the gym. As my relationship with Kate grew, we started to develop this program even more and Kate was constantly pushing me to also get on my bike. Eventually I took her advice and decided to enter and train for the half IronMan, – which I successfully completed in Jan 2012. Now as an aspiring triathlete with a goal to complete the Full IronMan in 2013, Kate has developed a program that compliments my triathlon training with core strength work as well as outdoor running and cycling sessions.
